Baking has always been a form of love for me. A small gesture of care and thoughtfulness, all wrapped up in a little bundle. Something that signifies time well spent preparing something with my hands, to share with friends, family, and neighbours alike.

It’s my way of saying, “I care about you… I’ve been thinking about you… I appreciate you", even when it’s hard to say the words.
Evermore in these days of constant connection, it feels like we’ve lost the appreciation for the little actions that bring us closer together. The act of taking extra time for someone you care about, creating space to be with people, and showing the warmth that we crave to one another.
This is ever a work in progress for me, but I believe it’s this small extension of care that can bring us a little bit closer together, one step at a time. I invite you to join me in the journey & embrace the little moments of joy it can spark.
